USB Key Policy
Each USB key has a one year guarantee.
- If a key is found to be defective within one year of purchase, we will replace the key at no charge. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange the return of the defective key with your receipt.
- If a key becomes defective after one year of purchase, the user may purchase a replacement key plus shipping costs. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange the return of the defective key with a copy of your receipt.
- If a key is lost, the user must buy new software.
- If the user breaks, burns or damages the key, we will replace the key for a fee plus shipping costs. Contact us at [email protected] to arrange the return of the damaged key with a copy of your receipt.
