Place Your Order
- Place your
order with our secure
online shopping cart using VISA,
MasterCard, Discover or American
Express.
- Specify any unique ordering or
shipping requests under "Special
Instructions" in the shopping card.
- Your order will be confirmed within
24 hours via email.
- If you have a "spam-guard" from
Earthlink or an AOL block on your
email, confirmation of your order
and shipment information will bounce
back and you will not receive correspondence
regarding your order.
Shipping & Handling
- Orders ship within 48 hours of
receipt. We operate Monday
through Friday.
- If there is any delay in shipping,
we will contact you.

USA addresses only.

will add $20 freight and handling.

Creative DRAWings® is a terrific software
product and we are certain you will
be satisfied. Purchase today and
if you are not pleased, you will
be refunded on your credit card purchase
less a $20 shipping & handling
fee. This 30-day refund applies

Creative DRAWings® purchased on this
website. Contact

reason for your return and to make
arrangements.
Creative DRAWings® Dealers
Creative DRAWings® encourages you
to support your local
dealer. If a
dealer is not in your area, we will
help you find one.
USB Key Policy
Each USB key has a one
year guarantee.
- If a key is found to be defective
within one year of purchase, we will
replace the key at no charge. Contact
us at
sales@creative-drawings.com to
arrange the return of the defective
key with your receipt.
- If a key becomes defective after
one year of purchase, the user may
purchase a replacement key plus shipping
costs. Contact us at
sales@creative-drawings.com to
arrange the return of the defective
key with a copy of your receipt.
- If a key is lost, the user must
buy new software.
- If the user breaks, burns or damages
the key, we will replace the key
for a fee plus shipping costs. Contact

arrange the return of the damaged
key with a copy of your receipt.
